Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility & account. You must be 18 years or older to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the mobile number, name and delivery address you provide, and for keeping your login secure. Orders are linked to the verified mobile number used at sign-in.

Prescriptions. Prescription-only (Rx) medicines are dispensed strictly against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. Every order is reviewed by a registered pharmacist before confirmation, and we may decline or modify any order that is incomplete, unclear, or non-compliant with applicable drug regulations. We do not offer medical advice; always consult your doctor.

Pricing & payment. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect Jan Aushadhi and branded-generic rates. Payment is accepted online (UPI, cards and netbanking via our payment partner Razorpay) or by Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay and we do not store your card or bank details. Prices, discounts and stock availability may change without notice; the price confirmed by our pharmacist at review applies to your order.

Delivery, cancellation & returns. We deliver within Jabalpur city. You may cancel before an order is marked out for delivery. In line with drug-safety rules, dispensed medicines are not returnable except where they are damaged, expired, or incorrectly supplied — contact us within 48 hours of delivery for such cases.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver. We currently deliver within Jabalpur city, Madhya Pradesh, to PIN codes serviced by our three stores. Serviceability and the delivery charge for your area are shown at checkout once you enter your PIN code.

Charges. The shipment charge shown at checkout is an indicative minimum; the actual charge may vary with the weight and size of the package. A fixed packing & convenience fee is added to every order. All charges are displayed before you pay.

Timelines. Orders are dispatched only after a registered pharmacist reviews and confirms them. Typical delivery is within 1–3 working days for serviceable areas; cold-chain items ship in insulated packaging. Delays can occur due to prescription verification, stock, weather or courier factors.

Order tracking. You can follow your order status (placed → reviewed → confirmed → out for delivery → delivered) on the My Orders page, and we notify you by SMS/WhatsApp at key stages.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how HealthRiver Pharmacy handles the personal information you share when you use our website and ordering service.

How we use your information. We use your details to verify your identity via OTP, process and deliver orders, allow a pharmacist to review prescriptions, send order and refill updates (SMS or WhatsApp), respond to enquiries, and meet legal and regulatory obligations for pharmacy operations.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with delivery personnel to fulfil your order, with service providers who help us operate (for example SMS/WhatsApp delivery via Twilio and Google sign-in), and with authorities where required by law. Prescription images are visible only to our registered pharmacists.

Security & your rights. Sessions use secure, httpOnly cookies and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us at care@healthriverpharmacy.in or +91 761 240 8910. We retain order and prescription records for the period required under applicable pharmacy and tax laws.

Data Collection Policy

This section details exactly what data we collect and why.

• Account data: your name and mobile number (and email/name if you sign in with Google) — to create your account and contact you about orders.
• Order data: the medicines you order, quantities, delivery address and pincode — to pack and deliver your order and calculate your savings.
• Prescription uploads: the image or PDF you attach — stored securely and viewable only by our registered pharmacists for verification.
• Communication data: messages you send via the contact form, and phone/WhatsApp numbers — to reply and to send order and refill reminders.
• Technical data: a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Consent. By creating an account and placing an order you consent to this collection and use. Refill and order notifications are sent to the number you provide; you can opt out by contacting us.

Retention & deletion. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legally mandated record-keeping. To request deletion of data that is not subject to a legal retention requirement, email care@healthriverpharmacy.in.
